About the Event
May 23, 2026 – Petriș, Arad
After years of getting used to the events we at EcoStuff Romania organized in Lunca Timișului near Timișoara, we invite you to grow a new event together—this time in Petriș, Arad County, just a few kilometers from Săvârșin, at the foot of the Zărand Mountains: King’s Cross.
Long Route
The long route spans nearly 52 kilometers with an elevation gain of approximately 1,700 meters. Its central focal point is Cota Zero, where we enter the ridge trail covering the peaks of Ianăș – Cucuietu – Omeag – Tufari – Pleșu.
Mainly intended for experienced cyclists, but also open to amateurs aged 15 and over, this route includes a time limit at the COTA ZERO checkpoint.
Short Route
The short route covers 26 kilometers with an elevation gain of approximately 600 meters and is intended for amateur cyclists aged 12 and over (accompanied by parents).
There is no time limit for this route.
We have prepared climbs and descents, dirt and rocky terrain, forest paths, and hilltop ridge roads.
